I add this to my morning coffee to help kick the fat burn into gear. It’s tasteless and not greasy. It doesn’t stick around in your mouth like butter coffee does.
I also mix it with balsamic vinegar and Italian seasoning to make a quickie salad dressing. It has no flavor on its own, but it has just enough mouth feel to make the dressing pop.
It’s good stuff. I do a lot of things nutritionally to help my beat up middle aged body. This is just one of them. This is just one part of what I do. And the sum of everything seems to help. A lot. My energy is better now. And I think this one of the reasons why I keep buying it.

This is a great MCT oil. Perfect for whatever you’re trying to do with this type of oil. This is a little pricey, but with this Kind of high price usually means good. Hopefully

I just finished a bottle of this that I had purchased from another company that seemingly is exactly the same thing. All C8 or almost all C8. The bottle I just finished was half the size of this one for approximately the same price, so for me, it's like I am getting "two bottles" for the price of one, (the one I just finished). I have only used this one for one day so far - I just got it a couple of day ago, but if it works as well as the last one I used it will be great, and especially at this price for twice as much. The last bottle of this that I used actually does help you lose weight. I wasn't even trying to lose weight, and I just ate what I normally eat, but I noticed that I was losing weight - i thought I have no idea why this is happening, but I LOVE IT!!! It's like being on a diet without dieting - at least that's how the last bottle affected me, and since this is basically the same, I am assuming it will be the same , but I have only taken it for one day so far, but if it does also help me lose weight, I'll try to come back and let you know. It is also for energy. I didn't notice that very much with my last bottle, but maybe I will notice it with this bottle. I just need more time to really see what it can do, but if it does anything like the last bottle of C8 I had, they will have a permanent customer for sure. I'll try to come back after I have used it for a while, and let you know how it goes.

Awesome source of calories. Great value. No flavor so it can be mixed with anything. Do whip it if you don't like oiliness in whatever you mix it in. CAUTION: as with all MCT oils, it can dissolve certain plastic or styrofoam containers so test it if you are not sure of the reaction with a new container you are using. Also, as with other MCT oils, it can cause diarrhea if you increase your daily intake too quickly, especially if taken on an empty stomach. Diarrhea usually happens about 6 to 12 hours later, it comes in quick waves, about six waves and it is completely gone after an hour so don't get scared if it happens!
The product is great but I’m surprised it got to me without damage. I ordered 2 bottles of oil and by the time they got here the box was deteriorating. But worse there was no packaging to support the bottles which had been banging around in the box. There was some oil residue but luckily the bottles were intact. I had the same on my previous order but the lid had broken and the only thing keeping the oil in was the seal. Suggest using packaging to the company please. 🙏
