个人方法不推荐，我的vscode应该是本地和云端的弄混淆了，好伤心。可以是用makefile 直接写好命令
生成格式文件 clang-format -style=llvm -dump-config > .clang-format
里面的对应可以修改
下面大致写了意思。大家努力。
