杨乐乐,男,汉族,河南省漯河人。主要从事多相流体力学、油气水分离、深海采矿、海洋可再生能源开发的相关研究工作。已发表学术期刊论文43篇,其中在能源化工和流体力学领域权威期刊以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文38篇,有20余篇发表在《Physics of Fluids》、《Renewable Energy》、《Ocean Engineering》、 《Chemical Engineering Science》等顶级期刊(中科院分区TOP期刊),其中以第一作者发表在顶刊Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research的论文被选为封面文章,并在ACS美国化学学会的官方媒体进行了特别报道。作为项目负责人承担中国博士后科学基金特别资助(站中)、博士后科学基金面上资助、广东省自然科学基金面上项目、广东省粤穗联合基金青年基金项目、南沙区重点领域重点项目课题、广州市科技计划项目等,作为单位负责人参与国家重点研发计划 “深海矿产混输智能装备系统研发”以及青年科学家项目“面向长自持潜水器的海洋温差能高效俘获与利用”,并获得中国科协青年人才托举工程项目(推荐专家:曾恒一院士、陈超核教授、杨葆和研究员)、广东省青年优秀人才国际培养计划博士后项目、广州市青年人才托举工程项目等人才项目资助。担任《Journal of Hydrodynamics》、《水动力学研究与进展》期刊编委,《Petroleum Science》、《海洋工程》、《东北石油大学学报》、《应用力学学报》青年编委会委员,造船学会青年工作委员会委员、广东省力学学会流体力学与工程专委会委员、CSCIED科技核心评价数据库评委。  2019-01至2021-04,中山大学,海洋工程与技术学院,特聘副研究员(博士后)
