Windows 10N - The N version of Windows comes without a media player baked into the system.
Windows 10KN - This version removes Windows' media playing capabilities.
Windows SLP - This will have only language pre-installed.
If you need to install windows 10 with multiple language then you need to install the language pack.

Windows 10 N - available to customers in Europe, does not include Media Play back capabilities, but can be downloaded separately. It is available in Home, Pro and Enterprise editions too.
Windows 10 KN - available to customers in South Korea, does not include Media Play back capabilities, but can be downloaded separately. It is available in Home, Pro and Enterprise editions too.

There are other differences too. Many of the "promotional" apps are not installed by default and privacy settings are better by default on Windows 10 N. I did a clean install of both Windows 10 Pro and Windows 10 Pro N and the default experience is better.
You still have to go through all the spyware by default privacy settings though, and cortana/bing is still a pain to deal with until it's turned off... but slightly better is still slightly better.
