python与MT5交互下单！

昨天刚学习的MQL5，看到可以用python 进行操作，就试了一下，简单写了个挂单的案例，python方面还是新手，所以代码写的不是很美观，大家包容一下哈，自行优化。
还有很多地方需要优化和处理的，目前只写了这么多
