目的
探讨奥塔戈(Otage)运动对老年全髋关节置换术(THA)患者功能锻炼的影响。
方法
选取2019年11月至2020年6月长沙市中心医院接受髋关节置换术治疗符合纳排标准的68例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表将研究对象随机分为对照组和干预组各34例。对照组给予常规康复指导,干预组在对照组的基础上实施奥塔戈运动,两组患者于干预前、出院时、8周末测量髋关节功能(Harris)评分、平衡力的Berg平衡量表(BBS)得分,统计并发症发生率、双下肢完全负重时间及住院时长。计量资料采用

精确检验,组间不同时间比较采用重复测量方差分析。
结果
干预组Harris评分出院时、8周末均高于对照组(

Otage运动可以提高老年THA术后患者平衡力,减少并发症的发生、双下肢完全负重时间及住院时长,对促进患者髋关节功能恢复有一定效果。
Objective
To explore the effect of Otage exercise on functional exercise in elderly patients with total hip arthroplasty (THA).
Methods
From November 2019 to June 2020, 68 patients who met the criteria for hip arthroplasty treatment in Changsha Central Hospital were selected as research subjects, and the subjects were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group with 34 cases each using a random number table.The control group received routine rehabilitation instruction, and the intervention group carried out Otage exercise on the basis of the control group. Harris hip function (Harris hip) score, Berg balance scale (BBS) score, incidence of complications, time to full load both lower limbs and length of hospital stay were measured in both groups before intervention, at discharge, and eight weeks after intervention.The measurement data were analyed by

test, and the counting data were analyzed by

precision test. Repeated measurement for variance was used for different time comparisons between groups.
Results
Harris scores in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group at the end of eight weeks (

Conclusion
Otage exercise can improve the balance force of elderly patients after THA, reduce the incidence of complications, the time of full load of lower limbs and the length of stay in hospital, and has a certain effect on promoting the recovery of hip function.
