With the development of social economy, systematic and professional "corporate management" has become the focus and key means of many companies' operations. More and more entrepreneurs have begun to advocate "corporate management" as a discipline. Carry out learning, research and practice.
Nowadays, due to China's inadequate support for small and medium enterprises, an unexpected new crown epidemic has swept through, pushing small and medium enterprises that are already at risk of crises to a worsening situation. While we lament and regret, we should think about what kind of company can survive stably, fight risks and seek development.
Therefore, for companies, they must be driven by the core of the economy to strengthen detailed and sophisticated corporate layout to deal with various potential and sudden crises. It can be said that crisis management and control is an important part of enterprise management.
This paper focuses on the research and methods of observing the interactive changes of the five elements of Zodiac in the four pillars, such as birth, cooperation, restraint, punishment and harm, by using the eight characters of the business owners and managers' birth-date. Whether the relationship between Chinese zodiac influences the enterprises to complement each other in their operation, and only by relying on each other can they complement each other.
In this study, we used "using the tools of numerology to assist the breakthrough of enterprise development" to coach the above two traditional processing enterprises, and comprehensively discussed and analyzed the eight characters of numerology, constellation, name science and zodiac science of the person in charge of W company and E company as well as the important core cadres of the enterprises, and then re adjusted and re arranged them. After three years of experimental observation, we analyzed and reported the results.
