Please try to edit the Task and change Time just 5 minutes and save task. after that revert it to Original time and save it as it was before to refresh its configuration file .
Please change the User name from SYSTEM to NETWORK as see if works and revert back to SYSTEM if was executed successfully.
Please check the path of the script if its present or change according to new location.
