The IEEE Fellow program acknowledges the extraordinary contributions and accomplishments by our members in IEEE fields of interest. Election to the grade of IEEE Fellow is one of the highest honors that only a select few members can be bestowed by our Society for their outstanding technical, educational, and leadership achievements.
To be eligible, nominees must hold the grade of Senior Member or IEEE Life Senior Member at the time of nomination and have maintained good standing in any membership grade for at least five years prior to January 1 of the elevation year. : Committee plays a vital role in identifying outstanding candidates from under-represented groups and connecting them with potential nominators.Together, these committees foster a more diverse and merit-based recognition process within the IEEE community.
