To return expected results, you can:
Reduce the number of search terms.
Each term you use focuses the search further.
Check your spelling.
A single misspelled or incorrectly typed term can change your result.
Try substituting synonyms for your original terms.
For example, instead of searching for "java classes", try "java training"

While using the Rational Team Concert Eclipse client, when connecting to a repository I receive a 503 error:
java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 503 for URL:
http://
www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd
To resolve this issue, check two possibilities:
Make sure that the Eclipse client connects to the correct URL
URL to use for browsers: https://<servername>:<port>/jazz/web
URL to use for clients: https://<servername>:<port>/jazz
Remove duplicate connections to the same repository. Keep only the connection with the URL to connect to a server.
