The four-module, on-demand program covers the fundamental nonprofit board governance concepts every leader should understand, including the board/chief executive partnership, roles and responsibilities of board members, identification, recruitment, and orientation of board members, use of committees, board culture, and how to manage executive transitions. Advanced concepts such as Purpose-Driven Board Leadership, generative governance, embedding racial equity, and avoiding the glass cliff are new additions to the program.
