Hello,

I updated my computer but apparently, it was not a complete success. I had a error message.

After, I restarted my computer and I scanned it with avast and malwarebytes anti-malware.

Malwarebytes anti-malware detected a kind of malware : 'PUP.Optional.PriceFountain'. Below, the screenshot.

Can you tell me if my computer is infected? Or, is it an error because of update?

Thank you for your help

What error message did you receive when updates failed to install?

The errors seems to be related to corrupt registry entries.

Try to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter and check.

Also, try other steps provided in the link below.

Try to run Microsoft Safety Scanner. It helps remove viruses, spyware, and other malicious software. It works with your existing antivirus software.
