Every year international volunteers support the ICC Organising Committee throughout ICC Mediation Week. A high level of responsibility is given to volunteers who act as "Mediation Session Supervisors" during the sessions.

For the 2023 edition, 120+ trained and experienced professionals were selected from around the world to participate in the Competition. Professionals serve as mediators in the mediation sessions, or as judges that evaluate and score the students' performance.
