Windows store wont open in Windows 10. I can't start the app from search window.

If I pin it to the start and click it, the store tile vanishes from the start menu. Other modern apps work as expected.

Proxy is already disabled on my computer.

When I try to run wsreset.exe I get the following (can't get past "You'll need a new app to open this ms-windows-store" dialog -> wsreset.exe stands idle):

Is there any other way of repairing/reinstalling Windows store app than doing a Recovery ->"Reset this PC"?

    Ok I have the solution.

You have to create a new user account. The store should be working in there.

Then, in the new user account, go to C:>users>user_name>AppData>Local>Packages>Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe> and copy everything there and paste it on the same location but in the user account is giving you problems.

After that go back to your account and do this:

    1. Open the Task manager.

    2. Click File > Run New Task

    3. Check mark “Create this task with administrative privileges”

    4. Type Powershell

    5. Type the following in the Powershell prompt:

    $manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest

    Close the Powershell window
    Then Reboot.
