Judging from the screenshot you provided, the problem seems to occur in Word. When you try to translate the document, an error occurs.
Does the same error appear when you select partial translation? If it works fine, according to my search, the issue could be due to the document extension, it is recommended that you save the document as a docx file and then translate it.

Hi @
APTOS
If you open the documents from Word for web, does this issue persist?
1
If yes, maybe the internet connection or other settings related to network cause this issue.
Please disable the VPN or proxy connection if there is.
Please also ensure
the Microsoft 365 URLs
are not blocked.
2
If not, it may be some reasons of Word app. Please go to File > Account > Product Information, check the update channel and version number.
I suggest you close all Office apps, go to Registry Editor, locate to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\WEF\SolutionPackages
, remove it.
(Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before you modify it, please remember to
back up the registry for restoration
in case problems occur.)

Hi @
APTOS
Thanks for your feedback.
If the registry key does not exist, please try to back up the registry key, and delete it:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\ExperimentConfigs
If the issue persists, I suggest you create a new local Windows administrator account, find the Word program to open and check this issue.
