王丽燕等(2015)比较了LEAQ和ITMAIS的听能评估差异,结果显示,佩戴助听设备前后,2份量表的得分相关性较好,但干预后ITMAIS得分与ITMAIS常模有一定差距,而LEAQ评估时,与常模的差距很小。笔者认为,这种差异可能是由2个量表的条目数量不等、计分方式、评估方法不同及评估维度不同所导致。诚然,相较于LEAQ、MAIS/ITMAIS包含的条目更少,且在评估过程中,需要评分者对家长反馈的信息进行等级评分,这对评分者要求更高,所以不同评分者的水平是否会影响评测结果,如何避免这种影响,都是后续研究值得探讨的。
综上,该文总结了常用的婴幼儿听功能评估工具的一般情况、心理学测量学特征及应用概况。很明显,一项评估工具能否评估听功能,与工具自身的稳定性、准确性等心理测量学特质密不可分,所以,临床工作者有必要明确所使用的评估工具的性能及应用范围,以更好地评估婴幼儿的听觉功能。
