Not sure if this is the correct forum but I shall ask anyway.
Oracle EBS has a timeout set at about 15 minutes, if no screen interaction is made then the user is automatically logged out.
Obviously, if a user has launched an APEX application, they are not interacting with Oracle and so the timeout kicks in.
Has anyone found a way to stop Oracle from timing out whilst a user is in an APEX application?
