Hi, I client of mine (business account) as part of improving security score has enabled Enable Azure AD Identity Protection sign-in risk policies which applied to all users and promptly kicked out every user in the company. The error everyone gets, included global administrators is: Your account is blocked

I've called Microsoft Support via 3 different phone numbers and been transferred to Data Protection team to be put on Hold for a very long time until the calls kept getting disconnected. Is there a way to email Data Protection or someway to get through to someone there? I've been trying to reach anyone for almost 5 hours.
