深圳大学助理教授/特聘研究员、博士生导师、深圳市高层次专业人才。
长期从事新型高性能聚集诱导发光材料的设计合成、构-效关系考察及其在生物成像和疾病诊疗一体化方面的应用研究。目前共发表SCI学术论文60余篇,以第一/通讯作者在Chemical Society Reviews、Advanced Materials (5篇)、Journal of the American Chemical Society、Angewandte Chemie International Edition (3篇)、Advanced Functional Materials (4篇)、ACS Nano (3篇)、Nano Today、Biomaterials (3篇)、Aggregate、Science China Chemistry、ACS Materials Letters (2篇)、Chemical Science等期刊发表论文27篇,其中影响因子大于10的论文23篇;论文共被引用3500 余次,h-指数30,其中单篇引用超100次的论文11篇、入选ESI高被引论文6篇、热点论文3篇、封面论文6篇、VIP论文1篇、Editor's Choice论文1篇、年度Top 10 most downloaded论文1篇、获最佳论文奖2项;申请中国发明专利13项、获授权9项;主持国自然面上项目1项、国自然青年科学基金1项、中国博士后科学基金面上项目1项等;担任Wiley旗下Luminescence期刊青年编委;获深圳市科学技术奖自然科学二等奖1项(第五完成人)。

1)任职要求:
1)具有有机合成、发光材料、生物材料、高分子化学、分析化学或光物理研究背景。2)已取得相关领域的博士学位或接近完成博士学位;3)发表过SCI英文论文;4)具有良好的学术道德和严谨科学态度、能胜任岗位的工作要求。

2)工作和生活待遇:税后年薪36万至56万
。
1)市财政给予免税生活补助18万元/年;深圳大学提供15万的综合年薪。2)
(新政策)“荔新奖励计划”入选者每月发放4000元奖励性薪资,名额不限。
申请条件如下:博士毕业不超过三年或年龄不超过
33周岁且以下二项符合其中一项。一、博士毕业高校为泰晤士高等教育世界大学前150名高校(包括国内)或原“985工程”建设高校或所在学科在教育部最新一轮学科评估中被评为“A-”以上等次或排名前10%;二、自然科学类博士在近五年以第一作者发表中科院大类二区以上学术论文2篇(至少1篇为一区),或中科院大类二区学术论文3篇。3)
(新政策)博士后研究人员可申请“荔园留菁计划”(针对本校专职研究人员和博士后),应聘深圳大学预聘-长聘制教师岗位,成果突出者优先推荐。

(新政策)博士后人员期满出站后即在留深全职工作且与企事业单位签订
3年以上合同,或期满出站后即在深圳市自主创业且正常经营的,可获得每人3年不超过36万元出站留深补助。
