On my 2nd time staying here, still as pleasant as last year. The rooms are clean, almost dust free. Cleaning service was quick & efficient. Lobby is just fragrant & lovely with beautiful fresh flowers to make the ambiance more natural & lovely. The staffs are fluent in English, such a big plus. Polite & helpful. (I really wish all Accor hotels have proficient in English as requirements). I tried the breakfast, super good, am satisfied with the variety of choices & the food Tasted delicious 👍🏻 Location wise, not the most center but I really love it. Metro is literally outside of the hotel. Train station to go other cities is 5minutes walk! (Downside is when it’s raining & you have a large suitcase, can’t get any taxi or underpass to go through. You will have to go down stairs by metro underpass. Thanking the concierge as he was very helpful to help us book taxi to our next destination as well. The only downside? Wish there were more promotions for staying longer nights. 😆 And maybe, perhaps, a bidet for the toilet? Other than that, the hotels are great to stay in. Had such a good rest, great experience for both me & my family. We had decided to book this hotel for our next trip to Shanghai ☺️

It is fast. nice and friendly service at reception . And hotel location is great to access. And we get the room upgrade as well.

Staff were really friendly and helpful! Check in was smooth and rooms are clean and spacious! I really enjoyed my stay here ~ It is quite near central area as well so plenty of food options! Will definitely come back here when visiting Shanghai :)

This stay at Pullman Jing'an was a great experience! As a first-time visitor to China, I was a little worried about language communication, but the front desk team's English communication skills were perfect. From check-in to answering travel questions, they were patient and meticulous, and there was no barrier to communication throughout the whole process. This thoughtfulness instantly eliminated my anxiety! The hotel is in an excellent location, and the surrounding transportation and shopping are very convenient. Although the facilities in the room are a little old, they are clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable, which does not affect the experience at all. I especially want to praise the breakfast, which has a rich selection of Chinese and Western styles, and you can taste the authentic Shanghai flavor! If you want to find a hotel that is friendly to foreign tourists and has thoughtful service, this is definitely the best choice. I will stay here next time I come to Shanghai!
