error getting Iframe data: List has no rows for assignment to SObject

Hi,

Hoping someone can help me. One of my colleagues alerted me to the fact that a lead record would not load, when previously it had worked fine. He sent me the link, and when I clicked on it I got the following message: error getting Iframe data: List has no rows for assignment to SObject.

I'm not sure what has happened. I have tried restoring the related prospect record in Pardot and syncing with CRM. Although this was not successful as I got a mesage saying that the record has previously been deleted in the CRM so cannot be synced.

Then I checked in the Salesforce org recycle bin for the record, but the record does not appear in the bin. Not sure what to do, so if someone could help, I'd be very grateful.

TIA!

HI Ruth,
The error "List has no rows for assignment to SObject" occurs when query doesn't return any rows.

Do you have any custom code involved here? If so, can you add system.debug statement in your code to see where the error is thrown?

Thanks

Hi Swetha,

Thank you for your helpful responses! I later discovered the record in the org recycle bin after double-checking and restored it. We had no issues with viewing it after this had been done, thank goodness.

Thanks,
Ruth

This error message is usually thrown when an SOQL query returns no records. It is likely that the query you are using to retrieve the Iframe data is not correctly set up to return the data you are looking for. I recommend reviewing the query and making sure it is correctly configured to retrieve the data you need. Additionally, make sure that all criteria used in the query are spelled correctly, and that the objects being queried are correct. If all else fails, try running the query in Salesforce's query editor to see if it returns any records, as this may be a configuration issue.
