I am looking for help . Can we use the Docker Engine Enterprise Edition. with Windows 2016 Server. Do we need to buy the Docker Engine License or it free with Windows 2016 Server License. 
 Pl. can somebody confirm this

As far as I know Windows Server licensing includes the licence cost for Docker Enterprise, so you can run the enterprise edition with production support for containers from Microsoft and Docker.    
Please also note that these are technical forums, not legal ones, to get the best answer to your question I would highly recommend asking a trained Microsoft licensing specialist.
