Pl. can somebody confirm this
Hi @Kapoor, Chandan ,
As far as I know Windows Server licensing includes the licence cost for Docker Enterprise, so you can run the enterprise edition with production support for containers from Microsoft and Docker.
Please also note that these are technical forums, not legal ones, to get the best answer to your question I would highly recommend asking a trained Microsoft licensing specialist.

Best regards,
Docker Engine - Enterprise is available at no additional cost to all Windows Server 2019 and 2016 customers, and native Windows applications have access to the same advanced container management features as Linux-based applications including image scanning, overlay networking, and Secret management.
By bringing the agility, portability, and security benefits of the Docker platform to every edition of Windows Server 2019 and 2016, organizations can use Docker with Windows Server 2019 and 2016 to containerize complex legacy applications without re-coding and run them securely with more efficient resource utilization.
