To return expected results, you can:

  • Reduce the number of search terms. Each term you use focuses the search further.
  • Check your spelling. A single misspelled or incorrectly typed term can change your result.
  • Try substituting synonyms for your original terms. For example, instead of searching for "java classes", try "java training"
  • Did you search for an IBM acquired or sold product ? If so, follow the appropriate link below to find the content you need.
  • There were no changes to Sterling B2B Integrator (SBI).

Security measures were added to the Windows workstations.

The error was the following, when attempting to launch the GPM from the SBI dashboard:

    Unable to launch the Application.

If you clicked Details, the following exception was displayed:

The version of Java on the Windows workstation was Java 8_181.

The SBI URL was added to the Java Control Panel Exception list.

This can be done by bringing up the Java Control Panel on the Windows workstation, and click on the "Security" tab, then set the Security level to "High" and then add the SBI URL to the "Exception Site List".

Adding that didn't make a difference to the 503 error, however it is important to add the SBI URL to the exception list, otherwise the GPM launch will fail with error "Application Blocked by Java Security".
